You may cancel a delivery order before dispatch. Please contact us immediately via info@pidlogistics.co.uk or by phone.

1.2. Refunds

Refunds will be issued:

  • If the order is cancelled before the parcel is dispatched.

  • If we fail to provide the service and are at fault.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Parcels delayed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs).

  • Incorrect addresses or customer error.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
